1. Time limit for returns and exchanges

Apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Exceeding the deadline will affect the validity of the application.

2. Conditions for product returns and exchanges

The dress must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.

The dress must not have any signs of wear, perfume or makeup.

The dress needs to retain all original packaging, tags and accessories (such as badges, spare buckles, etc.).

Promotional and discounted items: discounted and promotional dresses are not accepted for return.

Used goods: Dresses that have been worn, washed, altered, soiled or damaged are not accepted for return or exchange.

3. Custom-made dresses

Custom-made or altered dresses are not accepted for return because these products are personalized for customers.

Our store provides exchange services, and exchanges usually require applications to be submitted within the return period.

5. Payment instructions

Our store will refund within a certain period of time after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

The refund method is usually the original payment method, and the processing time may be 7 to 14 working days.

A small handling fee or foreign trade freight may be charged.

6. Returns

Dresses with obvious quality problems (such as missing or stains) will be exchanged or repaired if they have not been worn and the tags are intact. We will bear the freight costs caused by quality problems. If the size is not suitable or the style is not satisfactory and you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For international orders, shipping and customs clearance costs are generally borne by the customer.

Before returning or exchanging goods, you usually need to contact customer service or submit a return and exchange application form online.

The dress may require the buyer to take photos to prove that there is no damage, and some websites will require detailed photos of the dress.
